Terms of Use

FieldLink provides temporary rooms for rosters, room messages, photos, reference documents, checkout status, and exports. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for ensuring you have permission to invite participants and upload or share room materials.

Workspace owners and organizers control room setup, invite links, room codes, admission settings, uploaded materials, and exports. Attendees should only join rooms they are invited to join. FieldLink may suspend access that appears abusive, unlawful, or harmful to the service or its users.

Paid plans may be offered as auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple in-app purchase or other supported payment providers. Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling may be managed by the app store or payment provider used for purchase.

FieldLink is a coordination and accountability tool. It is not an emergency dispatch system, life-safety system, legal compliance system, or replacement for required jobsite, event, safety, or incident-management procedures. Network availability, device battery, and third-party services may affect access.

You retain responsibility for messages, photos, documents, and other content you submit. Do not upload confidential, regulated, personal, or proprietary information unless you are authorized to share it with the workspace owner, organizer, and admitted room participants.
