Privacy Policy

FieldLink collects the information needed to create and run temporary rooms: account and workspace details, room names and settings, attendee sign-in details such as name, company, role, phone, email, check-in and checkout times, room messages, photos, captions, documents, and export history. We may also collect basic device, usage, diagnostics, analytics, and subscription status information.

We use this information to create secure rooms, show rosters and room activity to organizers and invited participants, support room exports, process sign-in and checkout records, sync accounts across devices, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and provide customer support.

Room information is shared with the organizer, workspace owner, and people admitted to that room. FieldLink uses service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, file storage, analytics, subscriptions, and payments, including Supabase, Vercel, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google sign-in where enabled. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Temporary rooms may expire for active collaboration while attendance records, exports, uploaded materials, and account history may remain available to the workspace owner. Account owners can request or start account deletion from FieldLink settings. Deletion removes the account and associated FieldLink workspace records where required, subject to legal, security, backup, and fraud-prevention retention needs.

FieldLink uses access controls, authentication, and hosted infrastructure safeguards to protect room and account data. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, so organizers should only invite trusted participants and should avoid uploading information they are not authorized to share.
